We founded Reyna's Pop Shoppe with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to Reyna's Pop Shoppe. Returns and Refunds

Reyna's Pop Shoppe sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing order. Once item is in production, changes cannot be made.

  • We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. 

  • If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. 

    • Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Reyna's Pop Shoppe reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Important Details

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Customized items take 14 days to complete. 
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
